Unable to Contact SCRIE Ombudsman - Please Help

Hi.. Early this year, I was able to call the SCRIE ombudsman easily. But for the past 2 weeks I'm unable to contact her without her voice message popping up. Her name is Ms. Park. Is she still working there?? If not, is there someone else I can contact?

I believe so. There are two people. She is the SCRIE ombudsperson. There is also the DRIE ombudsperson.

Although I haven't tried to call recently, I know that for a while they were working remotely due to COVID. If you called the number, it should be forwarded to their remote location. I would try to email.

Greatly appreciate the quick response! Twice so day, I actually emailed Ms. Park by email but it bounced back. Maybe she no longer works there?

Ok.. I emailed her at the wrong email address. I have now sent an email to the correct one. So after I email her, I get an OOO message from her stating she'll be back in the office on 4/5. I'll try contacting Mike Yon... hopefully he can help me although he's DRIE not SCRIE.
