| I live in a rent stabilized building that is currently being used as an illegal hotel. Does anyone know how enforcement and penalties have changed since the new law has come into effect May 1, 2011? I was wondering what kinds of fines are given for each offense. Also, I am having trouble looking up DOB violation numbers. Does anyone know where I could find out what the violation numbers mean? Thanks for any help. |
