| Live in large apt complex in Westchester. Leases say "no pets" though many tenants have cats. Also, recently some new tenants have dogs. I was helping a friend by "babysitting" for a small dog a few hours a day. BUildings have signs that say no pets allowed to enter & another tenant complained they saw me w. dog. Explained dog is NEVER here at night & does not & will not be living w. me. Wondering if LL has right to decide who comes in out of my apt (via elevator). |
