Rents,in a disputed amount, were not paid for Feb & March
Petition for bankruptcy filed in January, and converted to a Chapter 7 case at the end of February.
I have asked to have the case dismissed citing provisions of USBC laws prohibiting attempts to take possession.
Does the LL have any grounds to challenge?
