I am currently sharing a 2 bedroom apt with a buddy of mine who unfortunately was laid off recently.
Now he can no longer pay his share of the rent and I can not afford the entire rental amount.
I have not been able to find another roommate and there are still 9 months left on the lease.
I have to break the lease, what consequences I'm I facing? Do they keep my security? Any help
