Yours truly is a handicapped tenant, living on Social Security, because he is no longer able to work... He is 51y/o and is permanently disabled.

My question is: Even though he is NOT a senior citizen yet, he is forced to subsist on Social Security, JUST LIKE A SENIOR CITIZEN...

WOULD HE BE ELIGIBLE FOR A "SCRIE?"
