Nice the way they(the landlord lobby) wrote that in the rule of law . If it was the
other way around, whereby the tenant amde a mistake and paid
to much on a check. The landlord would be screaming , the tenant agreed to
the higher rent heres the check as prooof (Your honor), and he would more then
likely win.


: If a landlord accepts and cashes a check for an amount lower than what landlord bills tenant, does that constitute acknowledgement and/or acceptance of the lower rent?
