Hi,

1)I am from state of MD, Montgomery county. My landlord is asking to sign a lease
asking me paying for 40% of repairs for any appliances. Is this legal?
I know in some states this is not legal.

2) Is there in anyware in the web I can find out about this law?

Also appreciate if you can mail me the answer too.
