Another thing you could do is report it to the court officers, at
housing court its there job to keep the peace in court including the
hallways. I'm sure they have procedures for out of line attorneys.
If that does not work try and get a motion to go to a different
court because your not getting a fair trial. And another thing,
try and record, him, that was great evidence, when my landlord threatened, me.
.

: Sure you can go to the Bar association but keep in mind that 95% of all
: complaints for attorney misconduct bought to the attention of the bar
: are thrown out of court. Try joining and organization Like HALT in Washington DC
: , they work on just this topic. Why not do what he would do like if he the lawyer
: was assulted by words or deeds sue him in court. I think its called
: harassment. You can file claims pro se (without and attorney), and there
: are books out there on how to sue pro se

:
: : Where: just after a Housing Court case, right in the hallway just outside the courtroom doors after LL's case was vacated.

: : Is this HOSTILE treatment?

: : What recourse does a tenant have?
: : Question: if this same attorney represents LL in another case, can tenant ask that he be declared hostile and barred from representing LL in a possible future legal proceeding?
: : Question: are there other remedies, e.g., New York Bar Association, to appeal to for "unprofessional conduct" or more serious recriminations?
