I think if you filed a civil claim in Supreme Court you could claim
damagesif its over $10.000 or $50.000. When I was at the RGB meetings last year, one landlord was
crying about how the lawyer (for the tenant) was claiming that he was going to
sue me for harassment in Supreme court.I don't see why you can't file
a claim for the same thing it seems reasonable to me.
