That incident happened back on January 12;did not know your advice then to contact police immediately-I was in shock after these hostile words from the LL's attorney and only wanted to remove myself as quickly as possible.
I did write a letter to the Housing Court Judge making her aware of the attorney's behavior, and wrote to the LL also of the hostile treatment and unprofessional conduct of the attorney who represents him. No response/no apology.
Will go ahead filing harassment charges in Housing Court - but what kind of motion should be made for punishment/penalties?
If LL chooses to still employ services of this attorney, then what?
