I know they call it market rate, when it's not really even that. Why?
Well because the control the whole market. technically, thats against
the law. The feds are supposed to file anti-trusts suits . For example, if
I was a landlord. I would not use extortion to charge hire rents. I would
ask my tenants and my budget what is fair. They also forget the word
Fair market.
