Thank you Will, some good advice.
I should have started asking more people more questions before this week. I was shamed to be behind in the rent. I have started what you said. This place is not cheaper than others. Today I find out about about 20% vacancy increase, maybe that is why they offer money to move out. That is $150 each month for them. I will ask and read much more.
