can someone here suggest a resource that can answer this question?

Will

: : it really depends on square footage.

: (I think its around 600sqft - very small place.)

: : Why did they photograph your apartment? more to the point
: : why were they in the apartment?

: (Good question. We were having it painted, and /apparently/ the super called the landlord to get permission to put up some sheetrock. Then the landlord ended up coming to see the place. Personally I think the super finked on me, but whatever/...)

: : if you don't change drivers licsence

: (Oops, too late, I changed it to save $$ on my insurance)

: : but if it makes you feel better..push the sublet.

: (Yeah, I think that would be easier all around.)

: : Worst case you can break the lease with 30 days notice if he denies the sublease.

: (Or I can take him to housing court, right? claiming unreasonable refusal?)

:
: : One note: Since he took photos he may push back with claim you've abandoned the lease.
: Get some furniture back in there pronto....

: (Yeah, I was thinking of moving some of my sister's stuff in there, claiming that I moved the stuff out so the place could be painted.

: (Thanks so much for your help!)
