How bout doing some research on this message board -- this subject has been discussed repeatedly.

: A friend has loud neighbors that he has complained about (to the apartment manager ONLY) on three occasions. Since he has made the complaints his car has been vandalized twice. He suspects there is a connection between the complaints and the vandalism. He wants to move but has 3 more months on the lease. Does anyone have any suggestions for how he could move out without being held to the lease?
