Thank you Satori for your kind advice. I have nothing against lawyers; in fact I will try to get one for the lead-Piosining case. But for now I have this Eviction thing in front of me to deal with. Can you or any body else please tell me how to go about dealing with it, if you or some one else help me out with few questions than I will take it from here.

1) Since lease is a civil contract than a verbal lease should also be considered binding. Is it or is it not?
2) And since we are using mere small portion (15%) of the house, don't we deserve rent abatement?
3) Isn't this 30-day-Eviction be considered retaliatory thereby illegal?
