Today in Court RODNEY DANGERFIELD inc. sunk to a new low, accusing
me of being a RACIST!!!

Quoting: " 5. Plaintiff's website and the linkages thereto include
incendiary, racist diatribes regarding Plaintiff's ( hey that's us
were the plaintiffs!!!!!) commercial enterprise.".

Quoting: "13. Plaintiff uses internet bulletin boards to post racist
vitriolic messages"

Quoting: " 22. Plaintiff has further attemted to publish this lawsuit
and defame Mr Dangerfield personally"

Well Mr Dangerfield IS the owner of Rodney Dangerfield Inc. and
is authorizing the payment to its lawyers to continue with harrasing us
and refusing to go to trial on the orignial charge of Rent Gouging
(overcharge).

HEY RODNEY ........ I DEMAND A PUBLIC APOLOGY FROM YOU FOR CALLING
ME A RACIST

It is time we realize that RODNEY DANGERFIELD is Public Enemy #1 when
it comes to the Rent laws of New York City, and of Free Speech on the
Internet.

It is time we start to organize Tenant groups to demonstrate at
Dangerfield's Night Club at 1118 1st Ave. (61st), and to enlist the aid
of the Media to publicize the Serious Damage ......Rodney Dangerfield
could do to the rent laws of New York if they are successful in evicting
us.
