I would claim the old owner does not have standing to seek the eviction. If there was a possessory judgment, that meants you would be evicted and possesion would return to the [new] owner. If there was a money judgment, he could seek the money but not possession. Sometimes there are both. ALso, speak with a lawyer.

: Could you advise me on what grounds I could vacate this warrant of eviction if you can.
