I think it might be two hours for things like no heat ectera, but then again
it took a year for my landlord to fix a broken front door to the building I live in.

: If I sent a letter to the Building Manager for important repairs, by New York law how long do I have to give him to reply? If he does not reply how do I proceed. Especially if I have had problems with getting repairs in the past. Can I pay to have the necessary repairs and deduct from rent. Thanks for any advice.
