Look, what you have to do is to begin documenting all the behavior....Is she interfiering with your standard of life (I think that is the term) if so you must be ready to explain to the court, specifically how, and prove it> Prove it with photos, tape recordings(yes they are admissable in court but they must be btween the people in person not by phone and no you dont have to tell them it is being recorded) To cut to the chase the only thing that will make it all work is if you are really trullu rerady to go to the wall (ie court) if you are not ready to spend a lot of time going to court and standing in a few lines and doing thework then you will just have to put up with your landlady. But the time to begin documentation is NOW. it could save your ass in the coming months or years. Good Luck
