We have been very responsible tenants for the last two
years and have not called the owner about any problem.
However, the stove that was there was about 10-12 years old.
A couple of months ago, the handle malfunctioned and we can
open the door of the oven any more. As we are ready to leave
the apartment, my question is do I need to fix this to avoid money
taken out security deposit or can I say (which is the actual case)
that it is normal wear and tear.
