No: I'm not really concerned about my rent-stab status (until the next vote in Albany!).

Yes: the 'simple' rent-witholding became an overwhelming legal mess... worse than I wrote... I'm concerned now about going foward only to be dismissed because of this "who's my landlord" question after all my cards are played & I win the counterclaims.

I have a referral from a Tenant Advocate to a Tenant Atty Firm: will call in a.m.

Thanks for all your time and advice. Nice to find dolphins in the school of sharks I landed in!
