tell the Judge the above statement and you will get at least 2-4 months to move. unless the Judge is in the LL"s pocket, you should be able to handle this one ok. no matter what, even with a eviction plan, you can buy more time with an order to show cause...the baby situation is your ace in the hole !! use it to your full advantage !!
