SHe said she wasn't RS, so it's whatever the T and LL can negotiate. It's
not a matter of entitlement based on credit or duration. Occasionally we
hear of cases based on "rent gouging" -- not to be confused with statutory
rent regulation, and I think that goes back to a 1919 court decision
(OK lawyers, jump in here).
