We've said it many times... this is not a Q&A board. It's meant to be a
forum for discussion as we're not the sole arbiter of tactics and strategy.
If you wish to pay our salary, then we'll try to provide instant answers.
The RGB website (as DH suggested) offers certain info, but it's limited
and doesn't fully understand the tenant viewpoint. Nice people, but
govt. bureaucrats nonetheless. We've spent years putting together the
rest of the website for specific info if you feel this board has a dearth
of answers. Suggest you do a little reading.
