I moved into an apartment Oct 98 and now wish to move because
the ceiling is falling down in all of the rooms in the apartment.
I told the landlord over three weeks ago of water leaking into the living
room. She didn't do anything about it. She said in an argument we had that
we could break the lease and move, but I am afraid that if I move she might
try and take me to court to for back payments on the lease which expires
Oct. 99. I live in Queens, NY. Can anyone offer advice????????
