I have been so rattled by that question becuase I live on the same
street (Stanton) of the landlord that owned the buildings in the
Village voice artice of the landlord that is now in jail for
contemplating murdering his tenats for more rents.I think they should
be sued for extortion under the RICO laws for attempting to collect more rentss
Does anyone really think we can win when they tell us its a free market
for the thugs that are running the real estate industry? I don't.
And my lanlord knows it. We tenats have to be well in the words of
me developing a plan to stop this. They are using the stuff of the
sixties protestors against us, but i think , i can create a standard to
destroy there actions, just as easy . yes.Well one thing i know, my landlord
will be threating me with death in the year 2003, and all the tenant
organizers will be getting fat little pay checkks from that fat
little man the lndlord. andi for one, will have a barrade so big, in
my apt it will be impossible for these legalized thugs to come into my apt
