Oh wonderful, Hpd was just here and told my landlord to paint my apartment.
Now I have to call them back to have the landlord fix the roach problem.
What about griffiti ? Is the landlord requied under Hpd code to fix that
the inspector when he came yesterday said no. by the way when they made the
appointment to paint the apartment they never showed up.
