I'm no expert, but it seems to me the "threat" ao a lawsuit for a tenant
talking about the corruption of the the system is just a form of intimidation
. Well sure they could sue you for slander, but i doubt they would win.
for a number of reasons 1. if its based on fact and truth its not slander 2.
if its related to the situation is not slander I"m no lawyer and
I'm sure there are a bunch of other claues that state its not slander.
someone I'm guessing for it to be slander would have to make something
up completlely different then the grip for it to be defamation.
