My husband and I moved out of a house we were renting and were not given back our full security deposit even though we did no damage to the place. Our landlord kept $20 for cleaning supplies, $23 to fix a stove that wasn't even broken and $42 for labor. Is this legal? Any advice? Please answer - we are so upset!
