I can't see why a renter wouldn't use his/her freedom of "informed" choice and avoid renting from a landlord who will give him/her not much more than trouble.
I'm currently working on a dossier on some of the more troublesome landlords I have had contact with and others have had contact with. Nothing incriminating. Nothing more than simple facts: conditions in bldgs owned, court experiences, and that type of info. Will add to this forum as soon as I've proofread it.
At least Tenants will have SOMETHING to refer to.
