Did you ask the landlord yet? If not, get more info first: you might not have to leave that soon:

The landlord was supposed to sue both of you for eviction, even if your ex-wife's name is the only one on the lease. Were you sued? Why did you not go to court? Suggest you take a copy of all the court papers to a lawyer, tenant advocate, the Housing Court Pro Se atty, let them read them. You can get a copy from the Court Clerk.
