I live in a rent controlled apartment in Yonkers,NY. The lease states that the apartment floors should be 80 percent covered. Recently, new neighbors have moved
have moved in above me. It is obvious from the noise level that the floors are not covered 25 percent. I have complained to the management and
nothing has happened. Is there any legal action I can take against the landlord and/or the new neighbor.
