population mix......white people with jobs!

I predict in 10 to 20 years Harlem will be white again.....its way to valuable now to let poor people stay there
and let it deteriorate. People are looking for neighborhods to revamp, well think ABOVE 96th st,,,,

So where will all the poor people go? Do we really care?

What did they do to the projects and other housing during their stewardship?

you may find this offensive.... but sometimes you really do have LOTS of tenants from HELL.

: Actually, the city and federal gov'ts are trying to modify the population mix in the project to include more working people. This may help development around them.

: : It I were a betting man...I would immediately invest in harlem... just think of the advantages...
: : close to midtown lots of old well built housing, and lots that can be fixed up...
: : Crime has finally gone down to the point it might actually be safe to come home at night

: : easy access to the highways.....new shopping malls......

: : All we need is people with money who want good value .. Time to gentrify people......
