I live in a rent stabilized apartment with 2 other people, one who is the lease holder. He and I don't get along with the other roomate, and we have asked him to leave. He has refused and has threatened to call his lawyer. He has lived here over a year now, though there was no sub lease or paperwork of any kind drawn up. Does anyone know what I can do?
