: I have been requesting a different apartment in my building for 11 months because mine only has windows onto the airshaft. i have called and written letters to my building manager.
: i know at least 14 apartments have changed hands in this time. I can pay more and just want one with light- (not picky)
: the man won't even return calls.. i have good credit and good references
: do i have any options??

What would you do if it was a store employee refusing a reasonable request? Ask for the supervisor? Go over his head? Have you tried writing to the Owner? Send copies of earlier letters to the employee, the manager.
