I have been requesting a different apartment in my building for 11 months because mine only has windows onto the airshaft. i have called and written letters to my building manager.
i know at least 14 apartments have changed hands in this time. I can pay more and just want one with light- (not picky)
the man won't even return calls.. i have good credit and good references
do i have any options??
