Just signed a lease and have not moved in yet - can I get out of it and get back the realtor's fee of 1 month's rent?
I'm sure I could get back the security deposit from the landlord, but I'm wondering about the realtor's fee. I'm on Long Island,
no rent stabilization, naturally.
