Hello. I recently moved into a new apartment building. I wonder if anyone knows what remedies are available to me (a tenant)when a landlord fails to disclose that 3 floors (out of 16) will be student housing for a nearby university. I would not have signed a lease for the rent I pay if I knew part of the building would be a dorm.
I realize my problem does not render the apartment an unlivable space, and is not
terribly urgent, but would greatly appreciate some information.
