Two nights ago my neighbor try to force him self into my apartment. His wife apparently left him and some how he thought she was staying in my apartment, he threaten to kill me and my two year old son, he also told another neighbor that he was looking for some one that will do the job for him.
I have called the police and filed a report I am also going to get try to get a protection letter against him. But what I really would like is to see him move, I ask the landlord and she reply," that he always paid the rent on time and she had no reason to have him evicted.
I fear for my life and my son's life I don't know what to do?
