Well for those of you who remember me I'm back. I'm the woman who moved her husband back in and the landlord's pissed and wants us out. Well we're still here and just received our eviction notice. My question today is - When is the landlord responsible to turn on the heat? We live in NYC in a private, deregulated 2 family home. It's been pretty cold here this past week and the landlord has not turned the heat on! My court date is October 20th and I'm wondering if I could use this agaisnt him.
