I signed a month to month lease this past Saturday and paid October rent (prorated). It is now Tuesday.
Do I have so many hours/days to cancel a lease agreement?
I'm in Ohio. I also did not have to give a security deposit at the time of signing since it was an aquaintence
of a friend. I could pay it when I had it kind of thing.
Should I just offer to give a 30 day notice and pay November rent too? HELP!!!
