In its September 29th edition, the New York Law Journal reports that Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Paula Omansky has temporarily blocked Richard Ravitz's Waterside complex from buying out of the Mitchell-Lama program. What is of particular importance is the rent stabilized status of the apartments. Justice Omansky also indicated that Ravitch's tactics may constitute harassment of the tenants.
