Thanks for taking the time to give some very good advise...

My son is so depressed...he feels like 'beat the clock'...

No...he's not in college..he goes to DeVry...but we'll still go to
court to look into the matter...

I will be typing a letter addressing the eviction...by mail it will be
sent 'certified'..that way she can't say she didn't get it...

From now he's keeping a journal..and we'll be taking pictures of any
leaks and the ceiling...

I just hope things don't get ugly...
