Ans.to Quest.from Anna

Thank you for replying, In ans.it is a multiple
dwelling in Queens,it is a legal apartment.Also
it is rent stalblized.He refused some years ago
to re-new lease. Also cannot get on section
8 now, as they have a 7 year waiting list.I
probably make too much money to be able to
get back on. I am under a lot stress, right now
and don't know, If the new landlord has the
right to ask for the back rent.Or will he
simply give a 30 day notice?Either way I
will be on the street, with no money for
another apt. Thank you for any advise you
may be able to render.Joanna
