I have a tiny basement apt. and when I moved in I was told gas & electric was included. After a month they said that the electric bill went up considerably. I don't see how that was possible when 1. I'm hardly home 2. I'm very cautious with the lights.
I only use one light at a time, I live alone, I use my t.v and a fan & rarely do I use my computer. They have come to me numerous times to complain about the light and also that I'm the cause of the fuse blowing out all the time. Meanwhile they have 2 ac's that they run simultaneously and the motor for the pool in the yard. What can I do?
