My landlord is very nosey. I'm not allowed to smoke in my apt? So I dont. I had a few friends over on a weekend & since smoking is not allowed in the apt. they went to the front of the house. The landlord still complained. On top of that he said my fiance can't sleep over on weekends. I live in a basement studio apt in Bklyn in a private house. Isn't this imposing on my privacy? Is he allowed to do this?
