can a landlord make you pay weekly on a month to month with no lease
and an original agreement that rent is due at end of the month? she will
only accept cash and wont give a reciept either, 90%sure she is getting my
600.00 a month tax free . if i dont pay weekly on fridays cash she says my wife
my daughter (18 mth.)and i have three days to get out.my total rent has never
been late since i moved in 1.5 years ago.what are my rights? can she make me pay
weekly?can she kick us out on the street in 3 days even if we dont pay at the end of
the week but the rent is paid full at the end of the month? i need help and answers.
