If you had read some of the messages on this board before posting yours, you would have solved this problem by now!

Do that now: use the search feature. If this is Greenpoint NY: call the Dept of Buildings, 24/7, (linked in the messages you will find)! If this is Greenpoint, FL or PA or Canada, find the local dept to call.
