I'm a NYC loft tenant involved in an on-going legal case with the Owner of the building where I live. I'm looking for links that might connect to the "legislative intent" behind the Loft Law, specifically the newly enacted amendments [MDL 284(1)(iv)] that extended the Loft Law through March 2001.
